Rumana Rashid Ishita is a Bangladeshi singer ,model, dancer, actress, director and writer. In 1988 as a child artist she started her acting career as a child artist right after winning the national child talent hunt "Notun Kuri". Also Ishita worked for 11 years as a marketing executive of the television channel Channel i. She is a restaurateur and a faculty member of a private university. She has starred in a lot of dramas including - Aguner Nona Jol, Pata Jhorar Din, Shopne Pawa Manush, Shunnosthan Purno, Ebar Dhora Dao, Onubhuti, Aaj Kichhu Hote Cholechhe, Kaath Pencil and Juari.
