K M Mosharraf Hossain Shamim, widely known as Mosharraf Karim is one of the most popular and admired Television and film actors in Bangladesh. Before he made his debut to television drama, Mosharraf started working as theater artist in the late 1980s where he has worked for around 16 years. He debuted to TV drama in 1999 by acting in the single-episode drama " Atithi". Since then he has acted in a number of popular dramas and serials including - Vober Haat, Keram, Deyal Almari, Ghor Kutum, Housefull, FnF, 420, Fifty 50, Sakin Sharishuri, Chader Nijossho Kono Alo Nei, Jorda Jamal, Sikandar Box sequels, Shei Rokom Cha Khor, Jomoj and Average Aslam. Although he got the real exposure after working in 'Keram' directed by Mostofa Sarwar Farooqi. Along with winning other awards for his natural acting, Mosharraf Karim has won Meril Prothom Alo Awards seven times as the Best TV Actor. Besides being so popular in TV dramas, Mosharraf Karim has also starred in several popular films and webseries like - Joyjatra, Rupkothar Golpo, Daruchini Dip, Third Person Singular Number, Television, Jalal's Story, Oggatonama, Haalda, Komola Rocket, Mohanagar and Dictionary.
